covisors.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Craftwell Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Covisors (https://covisors.com, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you consent to this Policy.

Information you provide

We collect information you give us directly:

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us so we can create and identify your account. We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes and receive nothing beyond that. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data.

Content shared with your group

Covisors is a group accountability tool. Goals, check-ins, discussion posts, reactions, and attendance you create in a group are visible to the other members of that group by design. Do not post anything into a group that you do not want other members of that group to see.

Cookies

We use a single essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. Because the cookie is essential to the Service, the Service will not function if it is blocked.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers who operate the Service on our behalf, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to govern the transferred information.

Where we store information

We store and process your information in the United States.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed we securely delete or anonymize it.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@covisors.com. We will process your request within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Security

We maintain reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password practice for your email account, since email access can grant access to Covisors.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, or Utah), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise these rights, email hello@covisors.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases are your consent, performance of our agreement with you, and our legitimate interests in operating the Service. To exercise these rights, email hello@covisors.com.

Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
